Footnotes
Footnote 1 By separate order, Supreme Court found that the wife had committed various family offenses and stated that a dispositional hearing would be scheduled at a later date. That fact-finding order is not appealable as of right (see Family Ct Act 1112 [a]), and, in any event, the wife has not directed any of her appellate contentions at the propriety of the court's findings, rendering any appeal therefrom abandoned (seeJennifer JJ. v Scott KK., 117 AD3d 1158, 1159 n 1 [3d Dept 2014]; Matter of Eck v Eck, 57 AD3d 1243, 1244 n [3d Dept 2008]). Furthermore, the wife's right to appeal from the equitable distribution order terminated upon entry of the judgment of divorce; however, the appealed-from judgment brings up for review the issues in that order (seeDeCrescenzo v Suslak, 238 AD3d 1406, 1406 n 1 [3d Dept 2025], lv dismissed 44 NY3d 1004 [2025], lv denied 45 NY3d 909 [2026]).
