ORDER
AND NOW, this 26th day of July, 2011, it is ORDERED that Respondent, Michael T. Toole, is hereby removed from office as Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, and it is further ORDERED that said Respondent is hereafter prohibited from holding any judicial office in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
