ORDER DISMISSING CASE THOMAS TUCKER, Bankruptcy Judge On September 16, 2009, the Court entered an Order entitled "Order Conditionally Dissolving Show-Cause Order (Regarding Filing Fee)" (Docket # 29). The Order provided, in relevant part: IT IS ORDERED that the Court's August 31, 2009 Show-Cause Order (Docket # 27) is dissolved, on the following condition. Debtor must pay the $299.00 owing for the filing fee for Case No. 09-57021, no later than October 30, 2009. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Debtor fails to pay the $299.00 filing fee on or before October 30, 2009, the Court will dismiss this case without further notice or hearing. Debtor did not pay the filing fee for Case No. 09-57021 by the October 30, 2009 deadline. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that this bankruptcy case is DISMISSED.
