ORAL ORDER
Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the
petitioner Nos.1 and 2 belong to different districts and since they were having a
love affair, they are living together with the consent of each other. However,
the family members of the petitioner No.1 are headstrong persons and there are
all chances that there would be a case of honour killing if the petitioner No.1
returns to her house.
The petitioners herein shall make a representation to the Police
Inspector, Ankleshwar Police Station seeking Police protection and if such
representation of the petitioners received by the concerned authority, the same
shall be decided within a period of Three weeks from the date of the receipt of
the present order of this Court. With these observations, the present application
is disposed of.
