The present application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants Azad Singh, Bharat Yadav, Sovaran Yadav, Sujan Singh Yadav and Udaibhan Singh Yadav with the following prayers :-
"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Misc. Case No. 99/2019 (Session Case No. 260/2022) (Dhundha Versus Azad Singh and others) U/s 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & 3(1) Da, Dha S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Jakhaura, District Lalitpur, pending in the court of Special Judge (S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989/Additional District and Sessions Judge, Lalitpur as well as summoning order dated 23.6.2022 passed by the Special Judge (S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989/Additional District and Sessions Judge, Lalitpur. It is further prayed that during the pendency of the present application further proceedings of Criminal Misc. Case No. 99/2019 (Session Case No. 260/2022) (Dhundha Versus Azad Singh and others) U/s 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & 3(1) Da, Dha S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Jakhaura, District Lalitpur, pending in the court of Special Judge (S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989/Additional District and Sessions Judge, Lalitpur including the summoning order dated 23.6.2022 may kindly be stayed, otherwise the applicants shall suffer irreparable loss and injury."
Learned counsel for the applicants states that the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. be dismissed as not pressed as he intends to file appropriate petition under appropriate forum as the proceedings are also under S.C./S.T.

Act. The present application is dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy, if any, be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants as per rules.
