Order
1. Keeping in view the apparent conflict between the two-Judge Bench decision of this Court in Allahabad Bank v. Canara Bank (2000) 4 SCC 406 and the subsequent decision in International Coach Builders Ltd. v. Karnataka State Financial Corpn. (2003) 10 SCC 482 as also having regard to the importance of the question of law involved, we deem it appropriate that the matters be placed before a larger Bench after obtaining orders from the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India.
2. It may be noted that the latter judgment does not take notice of the former judgment.
