Dr. Sarojnei Saksena, J.:— The counsel for the petitioner has submitted photostat copy of affidavit sworn by Neelam Rani, mother of Suman, wherein she has stated that after this F.I.R No. 141 dated 3.5.1995 registered under sections 498-A/506/322/34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the intervention of caste people and others, compromise is arrived at between Suman and Manoj and Suman is now residing with Manoj.
2. In view of this affidavit, the petition is allowed. If the petitioner submits bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer, then he be released on bail, but he is directed to join the investigation.
