Kan. Stat. § 58-2301 : — PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTYMORTGAGES OF REAL PROPERTY —2301 - Lien jurisdiction; possession in mortgagor

In the absence of stipulations to the contrary, the mortgagor of real property may retain the possession thereof.
