April, 1973 and is hereby published for general information :-

TAE PUNJAB REGISTRATION (VALIDATION) ACT, 1973
AN
ACT
to validate certain registrations and matters appurtenant thereto.
BE it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Punjab in the Twenty
fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:
1. This Áct may be called the Punjab Registration (Validating) Áct, Short title.

2. All acts performed by the General Assistant, Amritsar, purporting validation of
to act as the Sub-Registrar of Amritsar City during the period commencing acts
from the 1st September, 1964, and ending with the 13th of February, 1973, General Amritsar
shall be valid and deemed to haye been validly performed as if the appoint- Assistant,
