(EVICTION OF UNAUTHORISED OCCUPANTS) (AMENDIIIENT) Act, 2025 (Act No. 3 ot 20251

to amend theArunachal Pradesh Public Premrses (Evrction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 2003 (Act No. 2 of 2003).
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh in the Seventy-Sixth year of the Republic of lndia as follows:
(1) Short title and Commencement:- (1) ThrsAct may be called theArunachal Pradesh Public Premrses (Eviction of Unauthoflsed Occupants) (Amendment)Act, 2025.
(2) lt shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Officral Gazette.
2. lnsertion of Second provrso under clause (iii) of Section '12:
ln the Arunachal Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 2003 (Act No. 2 of 2003), in Section 12, under clause (lii) after the first proviso, the following second provrso shall be inserted:
"Provided further that the State Government may, by notification, appoint any other officer, not below the rank of Deputy Commissione( as appellate authority where the Deputy Commissroner while acting as an Estate Officer has passed an order agatnst which appeal rs filed"
