2. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the Pthitidlw. subject or context-
(1) '( Assembly '' means the Legislative Assembfy of the "State of Tamil Nadu].
(2) '! Council" means the Ibgislative Councilofthe '[State of Tamil Nadu]
(3) ?! House " means the Assembly or the Gouncil.
