THE KERALA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
AS RESPECTS THE SERVICES UNDER THE WAQF BOARD)
REPEALING ACT, 2022
An Act to repeal the Kerala Public Service Commission (Additional Functions as respects the services under the Waqf Board) Act, 2021.
Preamble.—WHEREAS, it is expedient to repeal the Kerala Public Service Commission (Additional Functions as respects the services under the Waqf Board) Act, 2021 (Act 15 of 2021);
BE it enacted in the Seventy-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Public Service Commission (Additional Functions as respects the services under the Waqf Board) Repealing Act, 2022.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Repeal of the Act 15 of 2021.—(1) The Kerala Public Service Commission (Additional Functions as respects the services under the Waqf Board) Act, 2021 (Act 15 of 2021) (hereinafter referred to as the repealed Act) is hereby repealed.
3. Saving.—Notwithstanding such repeal, such repeal shall not affect the validity, invalidity, effect or consequence of anything done or suffered, or any right, title, obligation or liability already acquired, accrued or incurred under the repealed Act, from the date of commencement of the Kerala Public Service Commission (Additional Functions as respects the services under the Waqf Board) Act, 2021 (Act 15 of 2021) to the date of commencement of the repealed Act.
