An Act to repeal the Tamil Nadu Building and Construction Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1984.
BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Seventy-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:--
1. Short title.— This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Building and Construction Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Repeal Act, 2023.
2. Repeal of Tamil Nadu Act 29 of 1986.— The Tamil Nadu Building and Construction Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1984 [Tamil Nadu Act 29 of 1986], is hereby repealed.
