Section 1.Short title.This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Electricity (Temporary Powers of Control) (Continuance) Act, 1968. Section 2.Amendment of section 1.In sub-section (4) of section 1 of the U.P. Electricity (Temporary Power of Control) Act, 1947, for the word and figures "September 30, 1968", the word and figures "September 30, 1973", shall be substituted.
