EXPENDITURE, 1950-51) ACT, 1955.

An Act to (regularise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services of the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1951.
IT is hereby enacted in the Sixth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:-

2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Issue of Bengal, sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of Re. 18,71, the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of 19,461 out
