THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION ACT, 1963

A a Act to author- ise payment and appropriation, of certain sums from and out of the consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the sea-vices and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March,. 1964.
WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appro- priation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1964; It is hereby enacted in the Fourteenth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows :-
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation Act, 1963. Short title.
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Tissue of Bengal, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding Rs.2,42,38, those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the 78,000 aggregate to the sum of rupees two hundred and forty-two out of the crores, thirty-eight lans and seventy-eight thousand towards Consoli-dated defraying the several charges which will come in course of Fund of payment during the year ending on. the thirty-first day of gtWest eBra er n March, 1964, in respect of the services and purposes specified in: column 2 of the Schedule. 4 e 1 963-64.
3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and Appro- out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act priations shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty- first day of March, 1964.
