Section 1. Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Ajmer Shamlat Deh (Regulation) Repeal Act, 1959. (2) It shall come into force at once.


Section 2.Repeal of Ajmer Act VI of 1956

The Ajmer Shamlat Deh (Regulation) Act, 1956 (Ajmer Act VI of 1956) is hereby repealed
