being colleges, made by the managing

authorities of such colleges an the reco- mmendation of the Director and in accor- dance with the orders of the State Government issued during the period between the 1st April, 1975 and the 1st

December, 1976 ; and

(ii) the appointment of Hindi teachers of aided educational institutions, being

secondary schools, made by the managing authorities of such schools on the reco- mmendation of the Selection Board made prior to the 1st December, 1976, shall, for all intents and purposes, be deemed to have

been validly made and no such appointment shall be liable to be challenged in any court of law merely on the ground that the appointment was made otherwise than in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the Education Act and the Rules and

Regulations framcd thereunder,

(b) the list of candidates for appointment as

Hindi teachers recommended by the Selec- rion Board prior to the 1st December,

1976 shall remain vaIid ti11 the reco-

mmendation of a new list by the Selection Board.
