THE NAGALAND APPROPRIATION (NO. 7) ACT, 2021
An
ACT
To authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland to the services of the year ended on the thirty first day of March, 2017.
It is hereby enacted in the Seventy Second year of the Republic of India as follows.
Short Title and Commencement

92,16,00000/- (Rupees ninety two crore sixteen Iakb only) from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of
Nagaland for the Financial year 2016-17 Appropriation
This Act may be called the Nagaland Appropriation
(No. 7) Act, 2921.
From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland there may be paid and applied further sums not exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of V 92,1600,000/- (Rupees. ninety two crore sixteen lakh only) deemed to have been paid and applied to meet the amount spent for defraying the charges in respect of the services specified in column (2) of the schedule during the financial year ended on the thirty first day of March, 2017 in excess to the amount authorised or granted for those services for that year. The sums deemed to have been paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland by this Act shall be Appropriated for the services and purpose expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ended on the thirty first day of March. 2017.
