It is hercby enacted in the Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. (l) This Act may be called the Gujarat Stamp (AmendmenQ Act,
2018.
(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Oficial Gazette, appoint. Short title8nd
commencemetrt.
Amendment of 2. In the Gujarat Stamp Act, 1958 (hereinafter referred to as 'the gor.1y o1 section 2 of principal Act"), in section 2, in clause (g), for para (iv), the following para tgss. Bom.LXof 1958. shall be substituted, namely:-
