AN ACT
further to amendthe Gujarot prevenlion of Frogmentation und Consolidation of Hotdings Act, 1942.
It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-ninth year of thc Republic of India as follows:
1. (l) This Act may be called the Gujaral prer.ention of shorrtitrcand Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings (Amendment)Act, 201 g. commeDcemerr.
(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Govemment may, by notification in the Official Gaze#e, appoint. IV-Ex.-21 21-1
