Companies (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 470 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following order, namely

Section 1.

1. (1) This order may be called the Companies (Removal of Difficulties) Order*, 2014.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

Section 2.

2. In sub-section (2) of Section 92 of the said Act, for the words The annual return, filed by a listed company or, by a company having such paid-up capital and turnover as may be prescribed , the words The annual return, filed by a listed company or, by a company having such paid up capital or turnover as may be prescribed shall be substituted.
