An Act to amend the Code of Civil Procedure , 1908
WHEREAS it is expedient to amend section 133 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, in its application to Assam, Act V o in the manner hereinafter appea1 ing ; 1908.
I t is hereby enacted as follows :- Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Civil Procedure (Assam
