further to amend the Manz'pur (Sales of Motor Spirit and Lubricants)Taxaz‘z'orz Act, 1962 (Act No. 55 of 1962). BE it enacted by the Legisiatmc of Manipur in the Thirty—eightyear of the Republic of India as follows:— 1. (J) This Act may be called the Manipur (Sales of Motor Spirit Short title,and Lubricants) Taxation (Second Amendment) Act, 1987. and Com" (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on lst day ofJuly, 1986.
2. In sub-scction (1) of section 3 of the Manipur (Sales of Motor AmeanentSpirit and Lubricants) Taxation Act, 1962, after sub—clause '(iv), the Ofsc‘mn 3-following sub-ciause shall be added, namely:— “(V) Aviation Turbine Fuel
and Aviation Gas —- 10 paise per rupee”.
