AMENDMENT) ACT, 1977

further to amend the Assam Panchayati Raj Act, 1972.
Preamble Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Assam Panchayati Raj Act, 1972 hereinafter called the principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appearing ; It is hereby enacted in the Twenty- eighth year of the Republic o~ India as follows:-
