Short title and
Commencement.
AN ACT FURTHER TO AMEND THE ANDHRA PRADESH MEDICAL
PRACTITIONERS REGISTRATION ACT, 1968.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the
Sixty-ninth year of the Republic of India as follows,-
1. (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Medical Practitioners
Registration (Second Amendment) Act, 2018.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect on and from
the 23rd July, 2018.
2. In the Andhra Pradesh Medical Practitioners Registration Act, 1968 ,
in section 15B,the provisos shall be omitted.
3. The Andhra Pradesh Medical Practitioners Registration (Amendment)
Ordinance, 2018 is hereby repealed.
