ORISSA ACT 20 OF 1979

*THE ORISSA AGRICULTURAL INCOME-TAX LAW REPEALING ACT, 1979

[ Received the assentof the Governor on the 11th October 1979, first published in an extraordinary issue of the Orissa Gazette, dated the 15th October 1979 ]

and

AN ACT TO REPEAL•ITIEORISSAAGRICULTURALINCOME-TAXACT, 1947

E it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Thirtieth Year of the Republic of India, as follows .

1. (1) This Act may be called the Orissa Agricultural Income-Tax Law Repealing Act, 1979.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of April, 1979.

2. The Orissa Agricultural Income-Tax Act, 1947 is hereby Criss•Act• 24 of 19%. •Onssa Aet repealed.
