The Bihar Panchayat Raj (Amendment) Act, 2014 [Bihar Act 7, 2014]
AN
ACT
To Amend the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 (Bihar Act 6, 2006) (as amended) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Bihar in the sixty fifth year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement - (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Panchayat Raj (Amendment) Act, 2014.

Amendment of Section-44 of the Bihar Act 6, 2006 - In sub-section (4) of Section 44 of the Act, the words "Disobidience of order of an authority established by law or" shall be inserted after the words "or is found to be guilty of misconduct in the discharge of his duties" and before the words "or becomes physically or mentally incapacitated for performing his duties".
4. Amendment of Section-70 of the Bihar Act 6, 2006 - In sub-section (5) of Section 70 of the Act, the words "Disobidience of order of an authority established by law or" shall be inserted after the words "or is found to be guilty of misconduct in the discharge of his duties" and before the words "or becomes physically or mentally incapacitated for performing his duties".
