GUJARAT ACT NO. 8 OF2011.

(First published, after having recejved the assent of the Governor, in the "Gujarat Government Gazette." on the gm April, 2011).

AN ACT

to repeal certain Acts. WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal certain obsolete Acts. It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1. This Act may be called the Gujarat Repealing Act, 2011.

2. The Acts specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed. JV-Ex., 8-l 8-l Short title. Repeal of certain Acts.
