ACT to amend the Assam Ganja and Bhang Prohib itio n Act, 1958.
Preamble. Whereas it is expedient , fu rth er toxxiofi9sf amend the Assam Ganja and Bhang Pr o hibi tion Act, 1958 her ein after called the principa l Act, in the manne r hereinaf ter a ppeari ng ;
It is hereby enac ted in the Forty-fif th Year of the Repu blic of India as fol low s:—
ea«nt Ind This Act may be called the Assam commence- Gan ja and Bhang Prohib ition (Amend ment. ment) Act, 1994-
(2) It sha ll have the like ext ent as the principa l Act.
