Tamil Nadu Urban Land Tax (Amendment) Act, 1971*

An Act to amend the Tamil Nadu Urban Land Tax Act, 1966

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Twenty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Urbrn Land Tax (Amendment) Act, 1971.

Section 13. Act to override the provisions of the principal Act

13. Act to override the provisions of the principal Act.- The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything contained in the principal Act.
