An Act to repeal the Madras Land Revenue and Water-Cess (Surcharge) Act, 1965

Be it enacted by the legislature of the 3[State of Tamil Nadu] in the Eighteenth Year of the Republic of India as Slows:-

Section 1. Short title and commencement

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the 1[Tamil Nadu] Land Iverjme and Water-Cess (Surcharge) (Repeal) Act, 1967.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the ??? of July, 1966.

Section 2. Repeal of Madras Act 34 of 1965

2. Repeal of Madras Act 34 of 1965.- The Madras Land Revenue and Water-cess (Surcharge) Act, 1965 (Madras Act 34 of 1965) is hereby repealed.
