An Act to Amend the Orissa Survey and Settlement Act, 1958

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Forty fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Orissa Survey and Settlement (Amendment) Act, 1994.

Section 2. Amendment of section 33

2. Amendment of section 33.- In section 33 of the Orissa Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 for the words "an Officer not below the rank of a Revenue Divisional Commissioner", the words "any officer above the rank of a Settlement Officer" shall be substituted’
