An Act further to Amend the Orissa Agricultural Year Act, 1963.

Be it enacted by the legislature of the State of Orissa in the Forty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Orissa Agricultural Year (Amendment) Act, 1992.

Section 2. Amendment of section 3

2. Amendment of section 3.- In the Orissa Agricultural Year Act, 1963, in sub-section (2) of section 3, for the words "six percentum", the words "twelve perceatum" shall be substituted.
