An Act further to amend rhe Identification o f Prisoners Act, 1920 in its application to the State of Tamil Nadu.
BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Tamil Nadu in tbe Pbirty-secobd Year of the Republic of Irrdia as follows :-

Prisoners (Tamil Nadu Amendment) Act, 1981.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu. . ..

In clause (b) cif 5ection 2 of the Identification of &#ion 2, Prisoners Act, 1920 (Cent~al Act XXXIII of 1920), after Cdijtral Act the words "sub-i~spector", the words "and includes 2mMI of Finger Print Experts of the Finger Print Bureau, Madras 19%. and of the Single Digit Finger Print Sections in the State
of Tamil Nadu" shall be inserted*
