An Act further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986 (Act No. 4 of 1987).

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Forty-ninth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry (Amendment) Act, 1998.

Section 2. Amendment of section 45

2. Amendment of section 45.- In section 45 of the Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986, (4 of 1987) in sub-section (1), for the words "on or after", the words "on or before" shall be substituted.
