An Act further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977).

Be it enacted by the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly in the Fortieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Act, 1989.

Section 2. Amendment of section 67

2. Amendment of section 67.- For sub-section (2) of section (57 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977), the following sub-sect ion (2) shall be substituted, namely:-

"(2) The Chairman shall receive such salary and allowances and shall be subject to such terms and conditions as may be determined by the State Government."
