Gujarat State Guarantees (Amendment) Act, 1998*

An Act further to amend the Gujarat State Guarantees Act, 1963.

It is hereby enacted in the Forty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Gujarat State Guarantees (Amendment) Act, 1998.

Section 2. Amendment of section 2 of Guj. XXII of 1963

2. Amendment of section 2 of Guj. XXII of 1963.- In the Gujarat State Guarantees Act, 1963 (Guj. XXII of 1963.), in section 2, in sub-section (1), for the letters and figures "Rs. 80,00,00,00,000", the letters and figures "Rs. 110,00,00,00,000" shall be substituted.

SECTIONS
