Gujarat Industrial Development (Amendment) Act, 1964*

An Act to amend the Gujarat Industrial Development Act, 1862.

It is hereby enacted in the Fifteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Gujarat Industrial Development (Amendment) Act, 1964.

Section 2. Amendment of section of Guj. XXIII of ???

2. Amendment of section of Guj. XXIII of ???.- In section 4 of the Gujarat Industrial Development Act, 1962, in sub-section (1)-

(i) for the word "seven" the word "ten" shall be substituted;

(ii) in clause (a), for the word "two" the word "three" shall be substituted;

(iii) in clause (d), for the word "two" the word "four" shall be substituted.
