An Act further to amend the Arunachal Pradesh Sales Tax Act, 1999 (Act No. 5 of 1999)
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh in the Fifty-third year of Republic of India as follows:-
Section 1. Short title and Commencement
1. Short title and Commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Sales Tax (Amendment) Act, 2002.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
Section 2. Amendment of Section 5
2. Amendment of Section 5.- In Sub-section (1) of Section 5, for the existing figure "Rs. 20,000", the figure "Rs. 1,00,000", shall be substituted.
