An Act Further to Amend the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayats Act, 1964.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Forty-second Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayats (Second Amendment) Act, 1991.

Section 2. Amendment of Schedule II

2. Amendment of Schedule II.- In the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayat Act, 1964 (Act 2 of 1964) in Schedule II, in Part II, are 46 shall be omitted.
