An Act to repeal the Hire-purchase Act, 1972

PREAMBLE

Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:

Section 1. Short title

This Act may be called the Hire-purchase (Repeal) Act, 2005.

Section 2. Repeal of Act 26 of 1972

The Hire-purchase Act, 1972 is hereby repealed.
