Learned A.G.A. appearing for respondent no.1 prays for issuing N.B.W. against the respondents no.2 to 4 afresh as they filed their application for recall of order issuing N.B.W. against them. The application for recall of order issuing N.B.W. is rejected. Issue N.B.W. against respondents no. 2 to 4 afresh directing the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharanpur to get warrants executed within a period of six weeks .
