ORDER AND REASONS

Pro se litigant Michael Celestine filed this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights action, complaining about the conditions of his confinement. The Magistrate Judge recommends that Celestine's complaint be dismissed. Celestine did not file objections to the Magistrate Judge's findings. Having reviewed de novo the complaint, the record, the applicable law, and the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation (R&R), the Court approves the R&R and adopts it as its opinion.
