MOSHER v. KANTOR
Appellate Court of Illinois, First District.
Jun 24, 1940
APPEAL AND ERROR, § 91 — order discharging garnishee, as not appealable. Where on motion of garnishee an order was entered quashing writ of attachment and discharging garnishee, in view of the confused state of the record, garnishee's motion to dismiss appeal on ground that no final judgment was entered should have been granted.
See Callaghan's Illinois Digest, same topic and section number.
Opinion by JUSTICE O'CONNOR.
"Not to be published in full." Opinion filed June 24, 1940; rehearing denied July 8, 1940.
