United States District Court, N.D. New York.
Oct 1, 1999
MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER

LAWRENCE E. KAHN, District Judge.

Currently before the Court are the Defendant's pro se Motion for Modification of Supervised Release and Restitution (Doc. 39, 30 Sep. 1999) and Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (Doc. 40, 30 Sep. 1999). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Fatih Ramazanoglu's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order is DENIED; and

IT IS SO ORDERED.
