IN RE WICK

DREHER, Judge

The court issued its Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order for Judgment in this matter on June 28, 2000. The court has determined that there was a typographical error in such Order.

ACCORDINGLY IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The final sentence on the fifth page, which carries over to the sixth page, be amended to read:

While at the time Wick may have believed she had been terminated, she certainly knew that she had never been "denied" her stock option and that her failure to have her stock in hand was not connected to her "dismissal," if that is what she thought occurred.

2. In all other respects the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order for Judgment remain unchanged.
