On __________, the Court considered the Amended Order and Notice to Approve Application for Order Shortening Time to Hear Motion for Order Authorizing Compromise of Objection to 1999 Grower Claim(s) Against Hans Vanderhoek (the "Application") filed by Anthony H.N. Schnelling, as Creditor Trustee ("Creditor Trustee"), by and through his counsel Carol E. Jendrzey of the law firm of Cox Smith Incorporated and Jeanette McPherson. Having found no opposition to the Application, the Court hereby holds that the Application should be granted. It is therefore
ORDERED the hearing on the Motion for Order Authorizing Compromise of Objection to 1999 Grower Claim(s) Against Hans Vanderhoek is scheduled for April 11, 2002 at 3:30 p.m., in Courtroom No. 2420, United States Bankruptcy Court, 300 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101.
NOTICE that the Motion seeks authority from this Court to compromise the objection to Hans Vanderhoek's Class 4 claim.
