In accordance with this court's Order Denying Motion to Reopen Case, dated March 15, 2005,
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the plaintiff's motion to reopen case, filed January 24, 2005, is denied. The plaintiff's civil claims against Rhonda Lynn Gildersleeve are discharged. However, the criminal restitution obligations imposed on Gildersleeve in State of Alaska v. Gildersleeve, Case No. 3PA-01-00129 CR, have not been discharged and survive her bankruptcy.
