ORDER

JAMES O. BROWNING, District Judge

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant Donovan Jones Neha's Motion to Exclude Evidence Under Rule 403 of the Federal Rules of Evidence, filed February 7, 2005 (Doc. 45), and on Defendant Donovan Neha's Motion to Sever, filed February 7, 2005 (Doc. 49). The Court held a hearing on these motions on April 20, 2005. Consistent with the Court's ruling at the hearing on this motion, and for the reasons given at the time of the hearing, the Court will deny these motions without prejudice. The United States must produce a redacted statement to Defendant Donovan Neha and Defendant Dion Lamy within ten days of the hearing. If either party takes issue with the redacted statement, he may renew his motion with the Court.

IT IS ORDERED that Defendant Donovan Neha's Motion to Exclude Evidence Under Rule 403 of the Federal Rules of Evidence and Neha's Motion to Sever is dismissed without prejudice.
